Job Description

In collaboration with the Director, Corporate Solutions, the incumbent defines and implements high-performance SAP solutions aligned with business needs, while ensuring compliance with methodologies, quality, security, and system evolution.

Responsibilities

• Act as a SAP expert and contribute to the delivery of solutions (FI-CO, MM, MRP)
• Participate in project kick-offs and define solutions based on business needs
• Design, configure, and optimize the SAP system according to evolution requests
• Write and maintain functional, technical, and configuration documentation
• Propose continuous improvements to business processes according to best practices
• Write, validate, and execute test scenarios; ensure the quality of deliverables
• Collaborate closely with development and project delivery teams
• Estimate efforts, oversee complex developments, and support testing
• Ensure the security, performance, and integrity of solutions in production
• Train and support users to ensure optimal use
• Act as a point of contact for support and knowledge transfer
• Assume project coordination or management, as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in administration, accounting, management information systems, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience, including at least 5 years in implementing and evolving SAP solutions
• Advanced expertise in the MM and MRP modules, and good knowledge of the FI and CO modules
• Experience in a finance and accounting environment
• Experience in project management or coordination
• Analytical mind, customer service orientation, and excellent collaboration
• Strong communication and technical popularization skills
• Excellent command of MS Office tools and comfort with digital tools and AI (e.g., Copilot); ability to quickly learn new technologies
• Proficiency in spoken and written French and English *
  A good command of French is required for positions in Quebec. The incumbent will frequently communicate in English, both orally and in writing, with colleagues, clients, or other stakeholders, both in Quebec and internationally.
