Job Description
Your challenges:
Be the strategic partner of the Autonomous Production Team (EAP3) in terms of Deadlines, Cost, Quality, HSE, People, and Project Performance, and for FAL Line A (Business Unit).
Support the Head of Operations in decision-making: provide the required analyzes for decision-making, lead critical actions for the sector, and any other required elements.
Lead activities related to Business Unit communications with both internal and external stakeholders.
Lead People Change Management activities including, but not limited to, improving employee engagement.
Collaborate with the Head of Operations and various stakeholders to resolve problems.
Collaborate with experts from other teams with a standardization objective.
Transform the Head of Operations' vision into a strategic plan and monitor its progress.
Support and be proactive in adapting Governance to maintain a high-performing organization that enables decision-making.
Be the liaison for escalations with the AOS team and the strategic analysts of the team.
Develop, harmonize, and update integrated plans.
Collaborate and support the quality structure of the plans through the implementation of performance indicators.
Manage risks and opportunities for the sector and ensure they are reported according to Airbus standards to the organization's risk and ops leader.
Use specific project management tools and methodologies to ensure optimal execution.
Establish and manage the governance of multidisciplinary teams, internal and external to Airbus.
Guarantee the overall consistency of initiatives leading to an improvement in the organization's CVAT (improvement routines, PDCA, VSA, Balance Score Card…).
Requirements
Your profile:
You hold a bachelor's degree (university undergraduate) in Management, Project Management, Engineering, or equivalent.
You have a minimum of 8 years of experience in project management or program management or equivalent.
Leadership and Influence: You demonstrate strong leadership skills and a high level of influence, capable of adapting to diverse audiences, including managers at all levels. You have the necessary experience to support teams through change.
Organizational and Analytical Skills: You are an organized person and have good analytical, planning, and problem management skills. These skills enable you to make sound decisions in line with operational needs and to escalate problems as needed. You are also able to manage multiple priorities at the same time.
Collaboration and Facilitation: You are open-minded, have strong interpersonal skills, and demonstrate a great ability to work in a team. You are able to organize and facilitate workshops with many stakeholders to achieve set objectives.
You are bilingual (French and English).
