Our Airbus Atlantique site based in Mirabel is looking for its future reliability project manager.

Job Summary:

Under the supervision of general services management, the Reliability Project Manager is responsible for increasing and stabilizing the reliability of the equipment under their responsibility. They must plan and organize preventive maintenance, analyze breakdowns, and propose solutions to resolve them. They are also responsible for managing purchase requests, monitoring budgets, and coordinating interventions by external suppliers.

Your responsibilities

  • Prepare and coordinate preventive maintenance

  • Consult and analyze breakdown reports

  • Create and update preventive maintenance ranges

  • Implement and monitor performance and indicators

  • Carry out continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen)

  • Understand technical equipment files and interact with manufacturers.

Your profile

  • Understand technical equipment files and interact with manufacturers.

  • Academic training: Bachelor's degree or College Diploma (DEC) in project management related to electricity, mechanics, or electronics.

  • Experience: A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience is required.

  • Be comfortable with Microsoft Office / Google suite IT tools

  • Analytical skills, autonomy, and team spirit

  • Ability to make technical decisions and manage meetings

  • Bilingualism French-English, both oral and written due to communications with suppliers.
