Main functions

• Prepare and deliver training programs, including classroom training and on-the-job training.
• Confirm participant attendance and ensure that training rooms, computers, equipment, exercises and activities are ready.
• Facilitate clear and dynamic learning sessions for employees with different backgrounds and levels of experience.
• Administer exams, document results and communicate whether or not the required standards have been met.
• Evaluate participant performance and provide constructive feedback and coaching in a timely manner.
• Provide operational support and coaching to frontline employees, as needed.
• Accurately and timely complete training records and all related administrative documentation.
• Review existing and proposed training programs and recommend practical improvements.
• Collaborate with the training delivery manager and other members of the Customer Service training team.
• Support training related to airport operations, air cargo and dangerous goods, as needed.

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of experience in teaching, training, facilitation or a related learning role.
• Experience in the cargo, airport operations, air transport sector or another operational environment is strongly desired.
• Ability to work autonomously, stay organized and adapt your approach to different personalities and learning needs.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong planning, organizational and time management skills, with a high attention to detail.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and common office technologies.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and maintain a positive and professional attitude in demanding situations.
• Collaborative and proactive spirit and a sincere interest in helping others learn.
• Flexibility to work variable schedules and travel based on operational requirements.
• Knowledge of Spanish is an asset.
