What your day-to-day will look like:

The candidate must install, maintain, test and repair complex air conditioning and ventilation systems and related electrical, electronic and pneumatic controls.

What you need to succeed

Desired skills

• In-depth knowledge in the field of refrigeration and air conditioning, electrical principles, controls and safety devices as well as repair techniques

• Ability to use formulas and applied mathematics, interpret blueprints and specifications, and use various instruments, such as a gas detector, gauge, pump and various types of electrical measuring instruments

• Ease in troubleshooting problems

• Ability to work at heights

• Knowledge of the Windows environment and SAP

• Very good team spirit

Education

• DEP in refrigeration mechanics

• Refrigeration mechanic qualification certificate as required by law

• Qualification certificate for the handling of refrigerant gases as required by law

Experience

• Three to four years of relevant experience in the field
