Refrigeration Technician

What your day-to-day will look like:

The candidate must install, maintain, test, and repair complex air conditioning and ventilation systems and related electrical, electronic, and pneumatic controls.

What you need to succeed

Desired skills

• In-depth knowledge of refrigeration and air conditioning, electrical principles, controls and safety devices, as well as repair techniques
• Ability to use applied formulas and mathematics, interpret drawings and specifications, and use various instruments such as a gas detector, gauge, pump, and other types of electrical measuring instruments
• Facility in diagnosing problems
• Ability to work at heights
• Knowledge of Windows and SAP environment
• Very good team spirit

Education

• DEP in refrigeration mechanics
• Refrigeration mechanic qualification certificate as required by law
• Qualification certificate for the handling of refrigerants as required by law

Experience

• Three to four years of relevant experience in the field.
