In your duties, you will be called upon to:

• Support the Time, Cost, Quality, and Performance objectives of projects.
• Ensure good decision-making related to operational needs and escalate issues as needed.
• Develop, harmonize, and update integrated plans.
• Develop and document applicable processes.
• Ensure the integration of different resources and monitoring of applicable documentation.
• Ensure the quality of plans through the implementation of performance indicators and rule monitoring.
• Manage and control project scope throughout its lifecycle.
• Coordinate project management activities related to the Airbus system including project maturity reviews.
• Integrate and analyze financial data, planning, quality, and project performance data to provide relevant and transparent analyses on their progress.
• Manage risks and opportunities (identification, categorization, recovery plan).
• Establish and manage the governance of multidisciplinary teams, internal and external to Airbus, including engineering, methods, quality, purchasing, and suppliers.
• Create synergies within the Project Management community by sharing experience and best practices.

As the ideal candidate:

• You hold a university degree in a field related to management, project management, engineering, or the equivalent.
• You hold the PMP certification (an asset).
• You have leadership qualities and have demonstrated a high level of influence.
• You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or program management.
• You have good analytical, planning, and problem-management skills.
• You are open-minded with strong interpersonal skills and demonstrate a high ability to work in a team.
• You have a sense of organization, time management, and you are autonomous.
• You ideally have experience and interest in aeronautics.
• You are completely comfortable communicating in French and English, both orally and in writing.
• You have advanced skills with the MS Office suite, including MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel, the Google suite, and other planning management tools.
