Job Description

In your duties, you will be called upon to:

• Support the Time, Cost, Quality and Performance objectives of the projects.

• Ensure good decision-making related to operational needs and escalate issues as needed.

• Develop, harmonize and update integrated plans.

• Develop and document applicable processes.

• Ensure the integration of different resources and monitoring of applicable documentation.

• Ensure the quality of plans through the implementation of performance indicators and rule monitoring.

• Manage and control the project scope throughout its lifecycle.

• Coordinate project management activities related to the Airbus system including project maturity reviews.

• Integrate and analyze financial data, planning, quality and project performance data to provide relevant and transparent analyses on their progress.

• Manage risks and opportunities (identification, categorization, recovery plan).

• Establish and manage the governance of multidisciplinary teams, internal and external to Airbus, including engineering, methods, quality, purchasing and suppliers.

• Create synergies within the Project Management community by sharing experience and best practices.

Requirements

As an ideal candidate:

• You hold a university degree in a field related to management, project management, engineering or the equivalent.

• You hold the PMP certification (an asset).

• You have leadership qualities and demonstrate a high level of influence.

• You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or program management.

• You have good analytical, planning and problem management skills.

• You are open-minded with strong interpersonal skills and demonstrate a great ability to work in a team.

• You have a sense of organization, time management and you are autonomous.

• Ideally, you have experience and interest in aeronautics.

• You are perfectly comfortable communicating in French and English, both orally and in writing.

• You have advanced skills with the MS Office suite, including MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel, the Google suite and other planning management tools.
