The A220 commercial aircraft program is seeking an to join our Customer Line team based in Mirabel (Quebec, Canada).
You will be part of the Pre-Flight and Delivery operations team, which is responsible for engine testing, flight phases, and aircraft delivery. The team is structured to promote autonomous, cross-functional collaboration, where members support one another and learn collectively.
Your role will be to coordinate activities related to aircraft manufacturing and to oversee continuous improvement projects in order to optimize our production activities.

Your Challenges:
- Exercise your leadership in accordance with the company's vision and values;
- Demonstrate the ability to work under pressure and engage teams to meet strict deadlines;
- Anticipate aircraft disruptions and OSW (Outstanding Work) from the A220 VSM before the "O" Quality barrier;
- Coordinate and harmonize aircraft work and activities during the pre-flight and delivery phases;
- Identify the critical path for production work;
- Participate in eliminating roadblocks (NCRs, non-conformances, customer issues, flight anomalies, logbooks, BOI, items in the ALB, Airbus and supplier engineering dispositions, etc.);
- Follow up on the execution of internal production work and that of our suppliers;
- Follow up on inspection, method, and engineering tasks, as well as with all stakeholders (internal and external);
- Secure on-site support capabilities (internal Pre-FAL, FAL, and Suppliers), OTD (On-Time Delivery), and OQD (On-Quality Delivery);
- Identify and analyze issues observed during pre-flight and delivery activities;
- Participate in continuous improvement projects and implement processes that enable efficient aircraft production;
- Ensure continuous improvement, notably through the application of the problem-solving process;
- Identify, document, and standardize key processes leading to the achievement of objectives;
- Optimize the sharing of knowledge and best practices across the organization.
Your Profile:
- You demonstrate leadership, judgment, flexibility, and are able to work with minimal supervision;
- You are results-oriented, able to meet tight deadlines, comfortable working under pressure, and possess a strong sense of urgency;
- You have excellent multitasking and priority management skills;
- You have a strong ability to interact effectively with all stakeholders, both internally and with external customers;
- You have a proven ability to solve complex problems;
- You have excellent skills in OSW management, as well as managing complex, multi-functional teams;
- Excellent analytical and judgment skills, follow-up, attention to detail, and personal accountability;
- You have experience in aeronautics and management, along with experience using related tools (HMS, MES, CSMS, SAP, ALB);
- You have experience in Lean Manufacturing;
- You are fluent in French and English.
