About the project
Do you want to play a key role in setting up a new logistics environment? This opportunity will allow you to actively participate in the launch and organization of a new warehouse in the naval sector.
As a Warehouse Manager, you will be the first person on site and will be responsible for structuring logistics operations, implementing warehousing processes and supervising a small operational team. This role requires autonomy, leadership and a strong sense of organization to ensure effective management of material flows and inventories.

Main Responsibilities
- Set up the complete organization of the warehouse to ensure efficient receiving, storage and shipping operations.
- Define logistics processes, including labeling, shelving and material flow.
- Supervise daily receiving, inventory and order preparation operations.
- Enter and track data in the ERP system or inventory management software.
- Coordinate shipments, transport documentation and relationships with carriers.
- Supervise and support a small team of 2 to 3 employees in their operational activities.
- Ensure inventory accuracy and maintain adequate stock levels.
- Ensure compliance with safety, cleanliness and organization standards in the warehouse.
- Identify opportunities for improving logistics processes.
Qualifications
- Experience in warehouse management, logistics or inventory management.
- Ability to work autonomously and structure a new work environment.
- Experience or interest in managing a small team.
- Good knowledge of an ERP or inventory management system.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with a forklift (asset).
- Bilingualism French / English required.
