What your day to day will look like?
- Leverage your network to influence the organization, driving actions and deliverables related to your OEM accounts
- Serve as the focal point for the OEM and ensure their requests are responded to.
- Prepare briefings for P&WC leadership in support of meetings and as necessary for escalation items.
- Be available during both regular hours and after hours to support your customers’ requests.
- You will be responsible for ensuring the long-term success of our Aircraft Manufacturer (OEM) customer programs.
- You will act as the primary P&WC interface with client organizations’ and will leverage your industry and commercial expertise in order to ensure our customer commitments are met at every level of the organization.
- You will build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships and develop a trusted advisor relationship with customers.
- You will forecast and track key account metrics in order to effectively manage risk, both with customer requirements and P&WC output (new engine orders or otherwise).
- You will work with the OEM to ensure a pipeline of future programs for consideration.
- You are comfortable with regular travel, both to customers and in support of various airshows / events.
- You are at ease interacting with P&WC senior leadership and exuding credibility.
What do you need to be successful?
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or Marketing
- 10+ years of experience in aviation
- Excellent communications skills, both oral and written
- Ability to manage entire projects with significant scope and complexity independently
- Microsoft Office
- This position is part of a French-speaking work environment, it requires a very good knowledge of English to read and understand, on a daily basis, documentation and technical terms that may emanate from international organizations, as well as to write and communicate in English with customers, suppliers or international colleagues.
