This is a full-time position from Monday to Friday with flexible hours, based in Longueuil.

What will your day-to-day look like?

  • Act as a main point of contact and P&WC ambassador for operators using/working with P&WC products.
  • Provide assistance and solutions for all technical, commercial, and operational problems, as required remotely and on-site.
  • Provide concierge level service as the single point of account management for all aspects of the relationship with P&WC.
  • Be proficient in all P&WC service offerings to support customer operations
  • Leverage proactive best practices optimizing aircraft availability
  • Monitor all off-wing/on-wing events, geographic field readiness and capabilities.
  • Maintain all relevant data up to date, participate in customer visit and trade show preparation.
  • Actively manage P&WCs relationship with customers, service center(s) and aircraft OEM.
  • Own customer issues, manage the full value chain and drive timely resolution.
  • Respond to and clarify technical and commercial issues for the operators and FBOs in the region and work closely with the Aircraft OEM and P&WC Programs, Customer Engineering, Field Operations and other P&WC departments to ensure customer problems are resolved to the customer's and company’s satisfaction.
  • Support new contract proposals and compliance.
  • Define strategies to drive service improvements and provide best-in-class support.
  • Take active part in internal projects and initiatives to enhance organizational performance and customer experience.
  • Responsible and accountable for achieving engine maintenance plan optimization, enhancements and contract objectives.
  • Travel domestic and internationally as required.
  • Ensure Customer reach through.
  • Frequent communication, meetings and customer visits.
  • Proactiveness in our services & support.
  • Representation of P&WC and our products at operator’s conferences, trade shows and customer seminars/forums.

What do you need to be successful?

  • Bachelor’s degree with minimum 8 years of prior relevant experience OR
  • Master's degree with minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience
  • Business Administration, Financial, Engineering, or equivalent degree is preferred
  • Prior experience in Aerospace
  • Demonstrated Leadership in customer account management
  • Capable to communicate at executive level
  • Proficient project management skill set
  • Strong commercial/business acumen and technical knowledge
  • Computer Systems: CRM; Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel skills); PowerBI & Coding (Optional)

This position is part of a French-speaking work environment, it requires a very good knowledge of English to read and understand, on a daily basis, documentation and technical terms that may emanate from international organizations, as well as to write and communicate in English with customers, suppliers or international colleagues.
