The position is based at our Longueuil location, from Monday to Friday, with flexible hours and exclusively on-site.

What will your day-to-day look like?

What do you need to be successful?

• Bachelor degree with a minimum of 10 years' experience;
• Master degree with a minimum of 7 years' experience;
• Strong management experience in a unionized manufacturing environment; Excellent command of French and very good English level (spoken and written);

Although this position is part of a French-speaking work environment, it requires a working knowledge of English to read and understand specialized instructions, plans, drawings and technical terms that may emanate from international organizations, as well as to write and sometimes communicate in English with customers, suppliers or international colleagues.
