We are looking for a Competitiveness Portfolio Manager for an international company in the aerospace sector, located in Mirabel (Quebec, Canada).
The incumbent will be responsible for managing and optimizing a portfolio of strategic projects aimed at improving competitiveness, reducing costs, and maximizing financial performance.
Key responsibilities include structuring and governing project portfolios, identifying and prioritizing cost reduction opportunities, and coordinating initiatives with engineering, production, purchasing, and finance teams.
The manager will also ensure the monitoring of budgets, schedules, financial gains, and performance indicators. They will be responsible for risk and opportunity management, optimizing the return on investment of projects, and preparing analyses and recommendations for senior management.
They will specifically oversee competitiveness projects related to cabin equipment and furnishings, while driving strategic initiatives from conception to implementation.
