The A220 commercial aircraft program is looking for an A220 Satair Program Manager to join our A220 Satair Program Management team based in Mirabel (Quebec, Canada), where you will work jointly with the diversified A220 teams of Mirabel and Satair.
You will be part of the A220 Satair Program Management team working on several cross-functional projects, in accordance with our ambitious strategy.

Your role as an A220 Satair Program Manager will be to implement cross-functional initiatives in order to create new levels of satisfactory support that our customers will appreciate.
Your challenges:
- Identify gaps in A220-related processes compared to existing programs, evaluate different working methods requiring particular processes or roles, and launch improvement workshops;
- Lead cross-functional projects/work to evolve the A220 business. These projects require dynamism and leadership qualities to work with the entire organization;
- Take charge of your projects/work by mastering defined and associated key performance indicators;
- Ensure visibility of the roadmap and expected improvements regarding your projects/work and the overall program to stakeholders;
- Ensure responsibility for profits and net margin for processes, products, policy-related issues, costs according to the defined path, and for the overall program;
- Help adapt working methods to fleet development/footprint, establish business cases, and relevant projects to prepare for the future;
- Work in close collaboration with commercial directors, support directors, and internal customers to strengthen customer confidence in Airbus' commitment to supporting the A220 program.
Your profile:
- You have a university degree in economics, business administration, marketing, or an equivalent combination of studies and experience, and you hold a master's degree, you are the ideal candidate;
- You have a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in program, project, or product management within an industrial multinational (preferably in the aerospace sector);
- You are able to manage a wide variety of assignments, particularly in the transition and improvement phase while being empathetic and you like to help others;
- You possess high-level analytical skills and use them to have a global overview and think outside the box. The ideal person is creative, high-level, but can also be precise and pragmatic in implementation;
- You have a consultant spirit and can identify process gaps and propose workarounds. You like to implement new solutions to complex problems involving a large number of stakeholders (colleagues, team managers, management members);
- You are able to build strong, trusting relationships and manage expectations. You believe in listening as much as in the ability to give clear explanations and solve potential problems;
- You are a delivery-, customer-, and technical-oriented person, and you have no problem being autonomous while fostering strong internal and external collaborations;
- You possess excellent commercial skills and a strong business sense - three (3) to five (5) years of experience in the commercial field. An understanding and sensitivity to financial projections and the achievement of financial objectives are required;
- You are not afraid to negotiate, present, influence, or change;
- You preferably possess a solid understanding of the aviation aftermarket supply chain or similar industries - three (3) to five (5) years of experience;
- You additionally have experience with agile working methods;
- You possess excellent communication skills, both written and oral, in English and French, and in cross-functional collaboration.
