This position is full-time, Monday to Friday, with flexible hours in Longueuil, and is exclusively on-site.

This position is full-time, Monday to Friday, with flexible hours in Longueuil, and is exclusively on-site.

Function Description

As part of the Customer Service Program team, you will be responsible for the commissioning of multiple new strategic engine programs, working autonomously directly with manufacturers, engineering, marketing, operations, and several international teams to deliver a world-class experience to our customers. This will require a strong ability to lead by influence, find solutions, and build consensus among multiple stakeholders while putting the customer experience first.

What will your day-to-day look like?

  • Responsible for developing and implementing an innovative strategy to support new engine programs or new operators, while leading strategic activities to improve the quality of our products and services.
  • Work closely with engineering, marketing, business development and customer service departments to define, monitor and influence the requirements and deliverables of new engine programs.
  • Responsible for ensuring compliance with OEM product support agreements, proactively managing commitments and mitigating risks.
  • Lead the management of new products and commercial offerings, including DPHM services, in-service product campaigns, and commercial support initiatives.
  • Support financial reviews and develop strategies to improve business performance.
  • Responsible for finding solutions to optimize operating costs.
  • Act as the voice of the customer and market expert to drive cross-functional alignment while providing analytics to guide product strategy and support business decisions.
  • Represent enterprise business needs for the program.
  • Ensure organizations understand specific program strategies in a matrix organization.
  • Leverage digital connectivity to monitor engine performance, enabling predictive analytics as well as proactive and personalized support.
  • Prepare business plans and manage budgets.

What do you need to be successful?

  • Bachelor's degree with 10 to 15 years of relevant experience.
  • Master's degree with 6 to 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Field of study: aeronautics, aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Good business sense.
  • Good technical and product knowledge (engines).
  • Expertise in aircraft engine maintenance, repair, and overhaul.
  • Expertise working directly with customers and manufacturers.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good computer knowledge (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Access, etc.).
  • Available for occasional travel.

This position is part of a French-speaking work environment, it requires a very good knowledge of English to read and understand, on a daily basis, documentation and technical terms that may emanate from international organizations, as well as to write and communicate in English with customers, suppliers, or international colleagues.
