Responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor scheduling definition processes to ensure Customer Services projects are successfully achieved;
- Build a strong connection with Customer Services Business Units (BUs) to gain an in-depth understanding of departmental priorities;
- Assist the program support team in project management of in-service aircraft issues, particularly coordinating internal and external activities between different Customer Services BUs;
- Manage projects under your supervision based on best project management practices (including LBIP), notably by setting up the required planning and ensuring its follow-up while managing interdependencies within your project and with others;
- Be responsible for using project management software tools (Planisware) and techniques to create, maintain/update and control project schedules.
- Monitor project progress, update schedules if necessary and communicate with stakeholders to ensure projects remain on track;
- Ensure project schedule control by helping the project team manage changes to the project schedule, including baseline change control.
- Set up the necessary dashboard to track the progress of project deliverables and any other related indicators;
- Plan the right resources at the right time of the project while considering the operational reality of deliverables;
- Optimize project efficiency, resource allocation and overall project success.
- Implement the required cost monitoring for the projects under your responsibility and ensure its maintenance;
- Collaborate in financial exercises and carry out necessary follow-ups.
Desired profile
- Training and Experience: Holder of a bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Aeronautical Engineering, Project Management) or equivalent experience, you have at least 5 years of experience in program management or project leadership in a technical or aeronautical environment;
- Technical Expertise: You master planning tools (MS Project, Planisware) and project management methodologies, including the Agile approach (PMP certification is an asset);
- Leadership and Autonomy: Recognized for your proactivity and rigor, you have a high level of commitment and a strong sense of responsibility, while being keen to share your expertise with your colleagues;
- Communication and Influence: Endowed with excellent interpersonal skills, you know how to influence stakeholders at all levels and maintain a commitment to professional integrity and customer orientation;
- In-depth experience in customer services and fleet efficiency is highly valued.
