About the project
We are looking for an industrialization project manager to drive the evolution of our assembly lines and support our growth. The role consists of leading end-to-end industrial transformations (strategy, planning, resources, costs, and risks), coordinating stakeholders, monitoring budgets, and communicating progress. The person will also contribute to opportunity analyses and lead workshops to optimize assembly practices.

Responsibilities
- Define the evolution of our assembly lines and identify critical paths to optimize in order to meet planned ramp-ups;
- Act as project manager in the execution of industrial transformations.
- Define the implementation strategy: content, scope, resources, deadlines, costs, risks, quality management, communication, and training;
- Plan activities and coordinate the work of involved resources, act as an interface between different stakeholders, manage client expectations as well as change requests;
- Manage budgets and expenses;
- Prepare and present progress reports to the management committee.
- Develop a broader understanding of the company's risks and opportunities related to proposed industrial changes;
- Contribute to the development of business cases, whether related to technical or non-technical projects;
- Act as a change leader;
- Plan, organize, and facilitate multifunctional workshops related to establishing and maintaining the best assembly strategy.
Profile
- You hold a bachelor's degree in aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or operations management (or you have equivalent experience);
- You have at least 2-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment and in the implementation of industrial projects;
- You have a good command of the concept of critical paths;
- You demonstrate project management skills;
- You demonstrate a high level of leadership and diplomacy;
- You are autonomous, organized, and know how to set your priorities;
- You are an excellent communicator, both orally and in writing, in French and English;
- You are able to evolve in an environment regularly subject to changes
- You are proactive in defining your own objectives.
