About the project
We are looking for an industrialization project manager to lead the evolution of our assembly lines and support our growth. The role consists of leading industrial transformations from end to end (strategy, planning, resources, costs and risks), coordinating stakeholders, monitoring budgets and communicating progress. The person will also contribute to opportunity analyzes and lead workshops to optimize assembly practices.

Responsibilities
- Define the evolution of our assembly lines and identify critical paths to optimize to meet the planned ramp-up;
- Act as project manager in the execution of industrial transformations.
- Define the implementation strategy: content, scope, resources, deadlines, costs, risks, quality management, communication and training;
- Plan activities and coordinate the work of the resources involved, act as an interface between the different stakeholders, manage client expectations as well as change requests;
- Manage budgets and expenses;
- Prepare and present progress reports to the management committee.
- Develop a broader understanding of risks and opportunities for the company related to proposed industrial changes;
- Contribute to the development of “business cases”, whether they are related to technical projects or not;
- Act as a change leader;
- Plan, organize and lead multifunctional workshops related to establishing and maintaining the best assembly strategy.
Profile
- You hold a bachelor's degree in aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or operations management (or you have equivalent experience);
- You have at least 2-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment and in the implementation of industrial projects;
- You have a good command of the concept of critical paths;
- You demonstrate project management skills;
- You demonstrate a high level of leadership and diplomacy;
- You are autonomous, organized and know how to set your priorities;
- You are an excellent communicator, both orally and in writing, in French and English;
- You are able to evolve in an environment regularly subject to changes
- You are proactive in defining your own objectives.
