About the project

We are looking for an industrialization project manager to drive the evolution of our assembly lines and support our growth. The role involves leading end-to-end industrial transformations (strategy, planning, resources, costs, and risks), coordinating stakeholders, tracking budgets, and communicating progress. The person will also contribute to opportunity analyses and lead workshops to optimize assembly practices.

Responsibilities

• Define the evolution of our assembly lines and identify critical paths to optimize in order to meet planned ramp-ups;
• Act as project manager in the execution of industrial transformations;
• Define the implementation strategy: content, scope, resources, schedule, costs, risks, quality management, communication, and training;
• Perform activity planning and coordinate the work of involved resources, act as an interface between various stakeholders, manage client expectations and change requests;
• Manage budgets and expenses;
• Prepare and present status reports to the management committee;
• Develop a broad understanding of the risks and opportunities for the company related to the proposed industrial changes;
• Contribute to the development of business cases, whether related to technical or non-technical projects;
• Act as a change leader;
• Plan, organize, and facilitate cross-functional working workshops related to establishing and maintaining the best assembly strategy.

Profile

• You hold a bachelor's degree in aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or operations management (or you have equivalent experience);
• You have at least 2-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment and in implementing industrial projects;
• You have a strong grasp of critical path concepts;
• You demonstrate project management skills;
• You demonstrate a high level of leadership and show diplomacy;
• You are autonomous, organized, and know how to set your priorities;
• You are an excellent communicator, both orally and in writing, in French and English;
• You are able to thrive in an environment regularly subject to change;
• You are proactive in defining your own goals.
