Job Description

Do you have project management experience and wish to grow and develop new skills? This position is for you!

The A220 commercial aircraft program is looking for a temporary Project Manager to join the Legal and Compliance Services team based in Mirabel (Quebec, Canada). You will be part of a dynamic and multi-functional team providing varied support for all intercompany business activities of Airbus in Canada, with its various international subsidiaries.

Your challenges:

  • Service agreement management: Support the creation, modification and approval of operational activities framed by service agreements, while ensuring the compliance of all functions with defined processes.

  • Francization project: Act as a key contributor to the francization project, ensuring that the organization respects its linguistic commitments and successfully integrates the requirements of the francization program.

  • Ad hoc strategic support: Carry out various special projects and provide versatile support to the team, as needed, to meet the changing priorities of the organization.

Requirements

Your profile:

  • Expertise in managing multidisciplinary projects involving numerous stakeholders in a complex environment.

  • Proven ability to mobilize cross-functional teams established locally and internationally and to manage groups of business experts with leadership and diplomacy.

  • Excellent communication and synthesis skills, allowing effective interaction with all hierarchical levels.

  • Great attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality final results within tight deadlines.

  • Knowledge of Airbus Canada's operational activities and functions is an asset.

  • Given the use of English in the international aerospace industry and interactions with stakeholders worldwide, excellent writing and communication skills in English are required, in addition to advanced proficiency in French.
