Digital Project Leader

The A220 commercial aircraft program is looking for a digital project leader (f/m) to join our Digital Solutions team based in Mirabel (Québec, Canada), where you will work jointly with the Business & IM teams based in Mirabel and Toulouse.

You will be part of the Customer Services Digital Solutions Project Management team responsible for leading projects for a full set of digital products and services covering:

  • Digital solutions for the full range of Customer Services organization
  • Digital solutions directly deployed to our Customers (Airlines)

The team organization is established to promote cross-collaboration autonomously, supporting each other and learning collectively.

Your role as digital project leader will be to lead and manage projects part of the digital solutions portfolio.

Your challenges:

  • Assessing & monitoring the expected value of digital projects throughout their lifecycle;
  • Consolidating the Business Requirements and defining the “To Be” vision to enable the design of the digital solution;
  • Ensuring the on-time, on-budget, and on-quality delivery of digital projects;
  • Overseeing project budgets, ensuring alignment with financial goals;
  • Driving change management activities to secure the end-user onboarding and adoption of new processes or tools;
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to align project goals with business objectives;
  • Managing supplier relationships and ensuring timely and quality deliveries;
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks proactively to ensure project success;
  • Provide clear, consistent reporting to project sponsors and stakeholders;
  • Establish and monitor key performance metrics to detect and address issues upstream;
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and best practices.

Your profile:

  • You possess a relevant university degree or equivalent experience;
  • You have significant experience in Project Management; expertise in the IT domain is considered an asset;
  • You excel in stakeholder management, fostering collaboration, and guiding diverse teams;
  • Demonstrate strong leadership and the ability to motivate teams toward shared goals;
  • Demonstrate adaptability, sound judgment, and the ability to make decisions under pressure;
  • Balance strategic thinking with attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset;
  • Possess strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills;
  • You have experience managing change and driving adoption of new processes or technologies;
  • You’re curious, proactive, and thrive in a collaborative & dynamic environment;
  • You are very proficient in both French and English, spoken and written.

This role may involve some travels for business (worldwide).
