The A220 commercial aircraft program is looking for a Senior Digital & AI Project Leader to join our Digital Solutions team based in Mirabel (Québec, Canada), where you will work jointly with the Business & IM teams based in Mirabel and Toulouse.

You will be part of the Customer Services Digital Solutions Project Management team responsible for leading projects for a full set of digital products and services covering:

• Digital and AI solutions for the full range of Customer Services organization
• eSolutions digital services directly deployed to our Customers (Airlines)

The team organization is established to promote cross-collaboration autonomously, supporting each other and learning collectively.

Your role as Senior Digital and AI Project Leader will be to define and lead the strategic digital and AI transformation roadmap while driving the delivery of complex project portfolios.

Your challenges:

• Define and lead the strategic digital and AI transformation roadmap aligned with overarching Customer Services goals;
• Evaluate, frame, and deploy artificial intelligence solutions (generative, predictive AI, and automation) within business workflows and customer platforms;
• Drive the delivery of complex project portfolios (CapEx/OpEx) ensuring alignment with time, budget, and quality standards (Digital Gates);
• Oversee project budgets and establish frameworks to measure business value and return on investment (ROI);
• Lead overarching organizational change management strategies to ensure high adoption of new tools across internal teams and airline clients;
• Ensure strategic alignment and cross-functional coordination between Business and IM stakeholders across Mirabel and Toulouse;
• Manage strategic third-party vendor relationships, statement of work negotiation, and contract delivery performance;
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, cybersecurity requirements, data privacy, and AI compliance standards.

Your boarding pass:

• Relevant university degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline;
• Minimum ten (10) years of experience managing digital projects and orchestrating large-scale, enterprise-level organizational transformations;
• Proven track record in the operational integration of advanced digital solutions and artificial intelligence technologies;
• Strong stakeholder management skills with demonstrated ability to influence and align decision-making teams in a global matrix organization;
• Proven proficiency in structured change management methodologies and driving user adoption;
• Strong analytical skills, strategic decision-making ability, and financial project evaluation expertise;
• Advanced language skills in both French and English (spoken and written).

This role may involve some travels for business (worldwide).

Due to the sector of activity (aerospace), frequent contacts with Airbus entities worldwide, and interactions with suppliers and clients also located across the globe, proficiency in English is required for this position.
