Responsibilities

- Create, manage and update detailed project schedules, including critical path and variance analysis;
- Map, engage and unite all key project stakeholders;
- Ensure strategic alignment, stakeholder expectation management, and removal of organizational roadblocks;
- Design, deploy and update dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs);
- Prepare, facilitate and document progress reviews, committees and workshops;
- Identify, assess and monitor risks and opportunities (R&O) as well as their mitigation plans;
- Structure action reviews and ensure rigorous follow-up, including reminding responsible parties and updating statuses;
- Design communication materials, such as project kits and presentations, and lead awareness sessions.

Profile sought

- You hold a bachelor's degree (engineering, business school, or university) or equivalent experience;
- You possess solid and proven experience as a PMO or Project Manager, ideally in an industrial or complex environment;
- You master the fundamentals of project management (deadlines, costs, resources, risks) as well as planning tools;
- You know how to design dashboards (KPIs), analyze the critical path, and process complex data in a simple and visual way;
- You are bilingual (French and English).
