As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and tracking complex technological projects integrating military autonomous vehicles. To various types of operational loads, including weapon systems and surveillance systems.
You will ensure the management of resources, schedules, budgets, and communications with internal and external stakeholders. You will evolve in a multidisciplinary environment, in collaboration with engineering, production, and support teams. You will also be called upon to manage proposals for potential clients and will interact with our business development department for needs analysis.
Here will be your main responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and supervise all activities related to project execution.
- Ensure compliance with schedules, budgets, and technical deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with contractual, normative, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (engineering, production, quality, testing, etc.).
- Manage communications with clients, primary suppliers, and partners.
- Identify risks, propose mitigation plans, and ensure follow-up on corrective actions.
- Participate in the preparation of technical and commercial proposals.
- Ensure direct management of 1 to 2 people as well as coordination with resources in a matrix mode.
The qualifications we are looking for:
- University degree in engineering, project management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in technical project management.
- Good knowledge of complex system development processes (hardware, software, integration).
- Excellent communication, leadership, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Mastery of French and English, both orally and in writing.
- Availability for international travel and participation in field testing.
- Ability to obtain a NATO Secret security clearance.
Assets
- Experience in the defense or autonomous systems field.
- Knowledge of military standards (MIL-STD, STANAG, etc.).
- Knowledge of project management tools (MS Project, Jira, etc.) and methodologies (PMBOK, Agile, etc.).
