The A220 commercial aircraft program is seeking a Fleet Wide Policy Manager to join our A220 Customer Support, Airframe & Contracts Services team based in Mirabel (Quebec, Canada), where you will work with multiple interfaces, manage diversified topics and missions with no routine, and learn constantly.
You will be part of the Services Contracts team, which is responsible for managing support contracts and ensuring the integration of A220 customer services with Airbus SAS, while optimizing commercial and contractual support.
The team's organization is designed to promote autonomous cross-functional collaboration, mutual support, and collective learning.
Your role as a Fleet Wide Policy Manager will be to lead and coordinate the commercial and contractual response (SSP) for major in-service technical issues, while protecting Airbus' financial exposure and supporting warranty claims management.

Your challenges
- Participate in the Service Bulletin Control Board (SBCB) providing inputs including contractual analysis to define SSP & contributing to report “the voice of customer” while preserving Airbus financial interest;
- Contribute to establish financial impact analysis and costs estimates for SSP in collaboration with Programmes;
- Contribute in support to A220 Support Programmes to collect inputs from all departments, Support Engineering, Procurement, Material Management, retrofit team, Major repair department in Airbus Canada in order to establish the SSP;
- Define and publish SSP for major in-service issues upon Programme request for internal and/or external use;
- Adjudicate & administrate of Warranty claims, based on technical and contractual analysis.
Your profile
- Business and/or Engineering degree on relevant topics;
- Over ten (10) years of experience in customer services, airline maintenance and/or engineering for an aerospace company;
- Solid knowledge on Aircraft components, structures, systems and maintenance;
- Fluency in written and spoken English is essential. French is also recommended;
- Customer orientation while protected Airbus interests;
- Proactivity, Curiosity, Autonomy, analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills;
- Team player and ability to work in a trans-functional and trans-national environment.
