The role will serve as the primary interface across P&WC departments, suppliers, and airframe OEMs, driving alignment, accountability, and timely resolution of technical, operational, and commercial issues. It will also lead executive-level reviews with customers, OEMs, and suppliers, providing clear visibility into fleet performance, customer priorities, supplier performance, program risks, and mitigation actions.

The position is based at our Longueuil location, from Monday to Friday, with flexible hours and exclusively on-site.

What will your day-to-day look like?

• Act as P&WC Customer Program Manager, providing comprehensive aftermarket support (technical and commercial) to customers and operations regarding turbofan Integrated Power Plant Systems (IPPS).
• Lead strategic management of the nacelle supplier, overseeing technical and commercial performance, operational readiness, and delivery against program objectives.
• Serve as the primary programs interface between P&WC intra-departments, suppliers and airframe OEM, driving alignment and resolution of nacelle-related technical and operational issues.
• Lead executive-level technical and commercial reviews, fleet performance forums, and operational support discussions with customers, OEMs, and suppliers to drive performance and customer satisfaction.
• Provide commercial and technical leadership across program activities, guiding maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair strategies to drive timely, effective, and sustainable resolution of fleet issues.
• Lead internal operational and executive review forums, providing clear visibility into nacelle readiness, fleet performance, customer issues, supplier performance, key risks, and mitigation actions to enable timely, data-driven decision-making.
• Drive cross-functional issue resolution and risk mitigation, aligning Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Customer Support, and suppliers to proactively address emerging issues and maintain fleet and program readiness.

What do you need to be successful?

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Aeronautical Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 8 years of experience with a Master's degree.
• Experience in managing customer relationship and excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of P&WC engines, engine components, and the aftermarket industry (asset).
• Experience with SAP and Microsoft software’s, CRM, PWC Customer Portal (My PWC Power), Enovia (PLM), Sharepoint, engine / airframe technical manuals.
• Strong self-motivation and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• This position is part of a French-speaking work environment, it requires a very good knowledge of English to read and understand, on a daily basis, documentation and technical terms that may emanate from international organizations, as well as to write and communicate in English with customers, suppliers or international colleagues.
