As an Integrated Management System Manager, you will be responsible for leading activities related to quality, environment, and compliance of integrated management systems. You will play a key role in maintaining certifications, continuous improvement, and managing a specialized team.

Here are the main responsibilities:

  • Supervise and mobilize the QES team.
  • Plan activities and manage operational priorities.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, 14001, 27001, 50001 standards and product safety.
  • Coordinate and participate in internal and external audits.
  • Manage complex non-conformities and corrective action plans.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Define and adjust IMS objectives according to risks and opportunities.
  • Support quality engineering projects and ensure their compliance.
  • Ensure the quality of deliverables, suppliers, and processes.

THE QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD POSSESS

The skills and assets we are looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a relevant related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in quality and/or environment.
  • Experience in team management.
  • Proficiency in ISO standards (9001, 14001, 27001, 50001).
  • *Bilingualism (French and English) spoken and written.

Assets

  • Certification as Auditor/Lead Auditor.
  • Technical and/or Engineering experience in a high-tech manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity.
  • Strong interest or experience in the defense industry.
