Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead large-scale global digital transformation initiatives, focusing primarily on ERP, SAP, CRM solutions, and business applications. In this role, you will drive complex, multidisciplinary programs from strategy to implementation, collaborating closely with business and technology teams to deliver solutions that create tangible business value.
You will work closely with executives, product teams, solution architects, engineering teams, and delivery teams distributed globally to ensure the success of enterprise transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with solid expertise in technology program management, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a demonstrated track record of delivering complex programs within large international organizations.
What your day-to-day will look like
- Lead complex and multidisciplinary enterprise technology programs involving ERP, SAP, CRM, and other essential business applications.
- Develop and implement integrated program plans ensuring management of scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and business outcomes.
- Oversee end-to-end delivery, including integrations, data migration, testing, deployment, and operational readiness.
- Collaborate closely with solution architects, engineering managers, product owners, and delivery teams to ensure initiative success.
- Drive transformation programs touching sectors such as finance, supply chain, manufacturing, procurement, sales, and customer service.
- Establish effective program governance, track portfolio performance, and present recommendations and reports to senior management.
- Lead steering committees and facilitate strategic decision-making with business and technology stakeholders.
- Ensure program delivery using Agile, hybrid, or traditional methodologies while fostering continuous improvement and delivery excellence.
- Establish trusted relationships with leaders, suppliers, and global teams, and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Manage strategic vendor partnerships and coordinate globally distributed delivery teams to ensure quality delivery within schedule and budget constraints.
What you need to succeed
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or a related field (Master's or MBA considered an asset).
- 10+ years of progressive program and portfolio management experience within large organizations.
- Demonstrated experience delivering enterprise transformation programs involving ERP, SAP, and CRM solutions.
- Experience collaborating with executives and business partners in North America.
- Proven experience managing globally distributed delivery teams across multiple regions.
- Solid understanding of enterprise architecture, system integrations, APIs, cloud technologies, and digital transformation.
- Experience delivering programs using Agile, Scrum, SAFe, hybrid, and traditional methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated experience managing multi-million-dollar programs with several simultaneous work streams.
- PMP certification is an asset.
