As an HR Business Partner supporting the P&WC’s Engineering organization, you will play a strategic role in aligning people strategies with business objectives. This onsite role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by driving organizational effectiveness, fostering employee engagement, supporting leadership development and managing key HR projects.
The position is based at our Longueuil location, from Monday to Friday, with flexible hours and exclusively on-site.
What will your day-to-day look like?
- Partner with senior leaders to align and execute HR strategies that support business goals and drive organizational success.
- Provide guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management initiatives to ensure optimal team structures and capabilities.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, offering coaching and mentorship to foster high-performing teams and a positive work environment.
- Lead and support change management initiatives, ensuring successful adoption of organizational changes and alignment with business objectives.
- Drive the implementation of HR programs and policies, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and best practices.
- Manage and execute HR projects, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities, timely delivery, and measurable outcomes.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve leadership effectiveness, employee development, and overall team performance.
What do you need to be successful?
- Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of progressive Human Resources experience as an HR business partner or HR leader OR an advanced degree and 7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience as an HR business partner or HR leader.
- This position is part of a French-speaking work environment, it requires a very good knowledge of English to read and understand, on a daily basis, documentation and technical terms that may emanate from international organizations, as well as to write and communicate in English with customers, suppliers or international colleagues.
