P&WC Customer Service Programs Team is currently looking for an Senior Manager to lead a professional team in charge of customer relations in our Customer program operations team. This role is key in building and maintaining customer relationships, driving solutions and representing the end customer and other external voices within the company.
The position is full-time, Monday to Friday, with flexible hours in Longueuil, and is exclusively on-site.
Function Description
The Senior Manager reports to the Associate Director, Customer Program Operations and provides strategic leadership for the Integrated Material Flow (IMF) organization and end-to-end material flow performance. Responsibilities include:
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Integrated Material Flow leaders, establishing clear priorities, accountability, and performance expectations to ensure effective execution of customer material requirements.
- Own and optimize end-to-end material flow across the customer program, from supply planning and material availability through inventory management, logistics, shop requirements, and point-of-use delivery.
- Ensure strong internal partnerships with Customer Service Representatives (CSR), MRO shops, Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, and other key stakeholders to maintain material availability and support operational priorities.
- Drive timely, holistic resolution of material and supply issues, identifying root causes, assessing downstream impacts, and coordinating cross-functional actions to protect customer requirements and minimize disruption.
