Gestionnaire Programme / Program Manager

The A220 commercial aircraft program is looking for a Senior WP Program Manager to join our Central Program team based in Mirabel (Quebec, Canada), where you will work in an international environment in collaboration with all Airbus functions and suppliers on all continents.

You will be part of the Program Integration team whose main mission is to enable the A220 functions contributing to the integrated performance of the supply chain in the serial environment to achieve our objectives.

The team organization is established to promote cross-collaboration autonomously, supporting each other and learning collectively.

Your role as a Senior WP Program Manager will be to secure the performance of the integrated Supply Chain and anticipate risks / opportunities across the entire supply scope to achieve program objectives (TCQP) and help with strategic decision-making.

Your challenges:

  • Represent the Program in the Procurement MFT (Multi Functional Teams) in order to contribute to the sourcing strategy and supplier selection in accordance with program needs and objectives in connection with the Program Budget;

  • Enable procurement activities and manage the Industrial Portfolio budget (Buy part) in order to secure projects related to continuity of operations and/or maturity of ramp-up;

  • Orient RP/NRP claims to minimize EBIT/Cash impacts on the Program;

  • Identify, validate Industrial Transfers (ToW) related to the WP in terms of budget and planning. Anticipate, consolidate risks and secure cross-functional action plans to avoid operational impacts;

  • Pilot the consolidation of risks, opportunities and constraints of the integrated Supply-Chain to meet the Program objectives with particular attention to the resilience of our supply chain to maintain our production rate;

  • Participate in the management of complex crises following supplier failures and be able to take the lead if necessary.

Your profile:

  • You have at least ten (10) years of project management experience in an industrial environment;

  • You have a bachelor's or master's degree in purchasing/procurement, industrial engineering, or a diploma with equivalent professional experience;

  • You have good knowledge of the Airbus supply chain and its suppliers;

  • You have good interpersonal skills;

  • You know how to work in a team and have good negotiation skills to achieve a common aligned vision;

  • You have authentic leadership behavior and values that people and teams want to follow;

  • You have the ability to manage multiple tasks, projects and dimensions simultaneously, often in an unclear, uncertain and rapidly changing environment;

  • You have good experience in the aeronautical field;

  • You have a high level of professional commitment and adaptability to always focus on priorities. You know how to synthesize and present clearly.

This position may require occasional travel within Canada and abroad.
