The A220 commercial aircraft Programme is looking for a Senior WP Program Manager to join our Central Programme team based in Mirabel (Québec, Canada), where you will work in an international environment in collaboration with all Airbus functions and suppliers on all continents.
You will be part of the Programme Integration team. Our main mission is to enable the functions contributing to the integrated performance of the supply-chain in the serial environment to achieve our A220 objectives.
The team organization is established to promote cross-collaboration autonomously, supporting each other and learning collectively.
Your role as a Senior WP Program Manager will be to secure the performance of the integrated Supply Chain and anticipate risks/opportunities across the entire supply scope to achieve program objectives (TCQP) and help to making strategic decision.

Your challenges:
- Represent the Program within Procurement Multi-Functional Teams (MFTs) to contribute to the sourcing strategy and supplier selection, aligning with Program needs and objectives regarding the Program budget;
- Enable procurement activities and manage the Industrial Portfolio budget (Buy component) to support projects linked to operational continuity and/or the maturity of production ramp-ups;
- Influence the handling of claims (RP/NRP) to minimize EBIT and cash flow impacts on the Program;
- Identify and validate Industrial Transfers (ToW) related to the Work Package (WP) in terms of budget and schedule; anticipate and consolidate operational risks;
- Manage the consolidation of risks, opportunities, and constraints across the integrated supply chain to meet Program objectives, with a particular focus on our supply chain resilience to maintain our production rate;
- Participate in managing complex crises resulting from supplier failures, and take the lead on them when necessary.
Your boarding pass:
- You have minimum 10 years' experience in project management skills in an industrial environment;
- You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Industrial Engineering, or a degree with equivalent professional experience;
- You have a good knowledge of the Airbus supply chain and its suppliers;
- You have good interpersonal skills;
- You know how to work in a team and have good skills to negotiate and achieve a common aligned vision;
- You have authentic leadership behaviour and values that people and teams want to follow;
- You have the ability to manage multiple tasks, projects and dimensions simultaneously, often in an unclear, uncertain and rapidly changing environment;
- You have good experience in the aeronautical field;
- You have a high level of professional commitment and have the ability to adapt to always focus on priorities. You know how to synthesize and present clearly.
This position may require occasional travel within Canada and abroad.
