The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring the organization's strategic projects to ensure they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality and performance objectives.

Work closely with internal stakeholders (project and core engineering, aftermarket support, Advanced Industrialisation OPE, supply chain, manufacturing, A&T) in Integrated Product Teams (IPT) to ensure alignment across departments and facilitate development of new components and engines from concept to Program Go or project conclusion.

Act as the Advanced Industrialisation primary point of contact with suppliers, partners and sites, coordinating program requirements and communicating project specifications, timelines and expectations.

The position is based at our Longueuil location, Monday to Friday with flexible hours and exclusively on‑site.

What will your day‑to‑day look like?

  • Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Coordinate internal and external resources for project execution.
  • Monitor deliverables, milestones, and performance indicators.
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation plans.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders (clients, suppliers, internal teams).
  • Prepare progress reports and present results to management.
  • Lead project teams and foster a culture of collaboration.
  • Support Technology Readiness Level (TRL) and Manufacturing Readiness Level (MRL) assessments for new technologies.

This position requires frequent travel and variable hours to support suppliers, partners and manufacturing, assembly and test sites.

What do you need to be successful?

  • University degree in project management, business administration, engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience managing complex projects.
  • Ability to influence complex, multi‑site projects involving suppliers, partners and sites and act as an agent of change and transformation.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and understand internal and external operational challenges.
  • Strong leadership, organizational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a constantly evolving environment.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.

This position is part of a French‑speaking work environment; a basic knowledge of English is required to understand some specialized work instructions, drawings and technical terms from international organizations.
