This is a full-time, on-site position based in Saint-Hubert, Monday through Friday.
What will your day-to-day look like?
- Act as a frontline Customer Service representative, providing comprehensive aftermarket support to customers and operations within an engine component repair environment.
- Represent P&WC as the primary customer point of contact and collaborate with numerous teams across the value stream (e.g., ITC, Information Technology, Quality, Operations, Engineering, Warranty, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, and SIOP).
- Understand and interpret customer requirements to ensure their needs are met while balancing business objectives and fostering strong customer relationships.
- Contribute to customer retention in a competitive marketplace and support the achievement of AMF performance objectives.
- Manage customer accounts and work closely with ACS (Aerospace) Sales and Marketing teams.
- Prepare and coordinate all aspects of customer visits, including but not limited to contract reviews and quarterly DOF business review meetings.
- Independently negotiate and resolve complex issues.
- Manage projects of moderate size and scope.
- Demonstrate strong capabilities in data extraction, analysis, and interpretation
- Serve as the focal point for ITC compliance.
- Execute transactions requiring knowledge of international trade, export controls, regulatory requirements, information systems, and financial processes, in accordance with Transport Canada regulations.
What do you need to be successful?
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 5 years of experience with a Master's degree.
- Knowledge of P&WC engines, engine components, and the aftermarket industry (asset).
- Knowledge of SAP, component repair processes, and international trade/export controls (asset).
- Strong self-motivation and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Although this position is within a French-speaking work environment, it requires a strong command of English to read and understand technical documentation and terminology from international organizations on a daily basis, as well as to communicate effectively in writing and verbally with customers, suppliers, and colleagues worldwide.
