About the role
As a Business Process Management Lead, you will play a key role in analyzing, designing and optimizing end-to-end business processes to drive sustainable improvements in operational performance. The position is based at our Longueuil location, Monday to Friday, with flexible hours and exclusively on-site.
Responsibilities
Process Analysis & Design
- Analyze, design and optimize end-to-end business processes.
- Lead current-state process analysis and documentation (BPM mapping, waste identification, bottlenecks, root cause analysis).
- Facilitate work sessions to design future-state processes.
- Identify improvement opportunities and challenge the status quo to improve and innovate processes; ensure alignment with best practices and strategic objectives.
- Ensure standardization across Global Operations and performance consistency of processes.
BPM Framework & Governance
- Lead and coach process teams in the proper use of CORE methodologies, standards and tools.
- Promote a continuous improvement (CI) culture.
Standardize & Performance Management
- Track process performance over time.
- Standardize practices across sites and functions.
- Identify systemic issues and drive corrective actions.
Requirements
- University degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Lean / continuous improvement within a manufacturing and supply chain environment.
- Proficiency in Lean Six Sigma tools (Black Belt certification).
- Experience leading large-scale Lean transformations (multi-site, cross-functional environments).
- Experience improving quality systems (QMS, audits, standardization) is an asset.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to solve complex problems and drive change management initiatives.
- Influential leadership skills, with the ability to engage and mobilize stakeholders without direct authority.
This role is part of a French-speaking work environment; a very good knowledge of English is required to read and understand documentation and technical terms on a daily basis, and to write and communicate with customers, suppliers or international colleagues.
The selected candidate will be required to complete a criminal background check and any applicable clearances related to handling and transfer of controlled goods. Employment is conditional on successful completion of these checks and obtaining the required clearances.
