Description

*** English version will follow ***

As an EMC engineer, you will be at the heart of challenges related to EMI, HIRF, LIRF, lightning, and electrostatic phenomena, working on complex, high-value projects.

You will play a key role in defining, analyzing, and validating the electromagnetic performance of aeronautical systems, from design through certification and in-service support.

Responsibilities

  • Perform advanced EMC analyses (EMI, HIRF, LIRF, lightning, electrostatics) using simulations, analytical methods, and similarity assessments.
  • Contribute to the resolution of complex electromagnetic issues in support of certification, production, and in-service aircraft.
  • Define and plan EMC activities for engineering projects, identifying technical risks and setting priorities.
  • Assess the impact of design changes (systems and structures) and develop robust compliance strategies.
  • Review and approve key technical deliverables, including test plans, analysis reports, and test reports, ensuring compliance with certification requirements.
  • Support the development and evolution of EMC requirements at aircraft, system, and structural levels.
  • Represent the EMC function in multidisciplinary reviews and collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and external partners.
  • Mentor junior engineers and interns, sharing your expertise.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering processes and best practices.
  • Support and participate in EMC test campaigns (Canada, U.S., Europe, and internationally), including procedure preparation, test supervision, and results analysis.
  • Prepare certification compliance reports.

Requirements

YOUR PROFILE IS ESSENTIAL TO OUR SUCCESS
