Manufacturing Engineer (Engine Line)
An attractive opportunity is currently available at Rolls-Royce Canada for a Manufacturing Engineer.
Working in a High Performance Culture environment, the main responsibilities of this role include ensuring the technical standard of civil aerospace products while optimizing processes supporting operations, developing technical solutions by working closely with the manufacturer, and coordinating/delivering all other engineering-related activities.

Primary Responsibilities:
Optimize operating costs by controlling technical specifications
Contribute to minimizing non-quality costs by using defect and failure analysis methods and root cause analysis.
Find solutions related to specific engine problems, including making decisions on non-conforming material to meet customer expectations.
Investigate engines that do not meet expected performance without exceeding engine limitations
Develop engine maintenance programs by developing technical specifications and optimizing costs for product life.

Essential Criteria:
Associate's degree and more than 4 years of experience in mechanical engineering OR
Bachelor's degree and more than 2 years of experience in mechanical engineering OR
Master's degree in mechanical engineering OR
Must be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident of Canada
Desirable Criteria:
Eligible or member of the Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec.
Eligible for the CAMAQ program
