TASKS YOU WILL ACCOMPLISH π―
- Prepare the Aircraft / System Safety Analysis and/or Particular Risk Assessments compliance reports and demonstrating compliance with AWM 525.1309, FAR/CS part 25.1309 and other relevant requirements.
- Be responsible for Reliability, Maintainability & Safety deliverables specific to assigned systems.
- Identify, follow up, and resolve all system safety issues and particular risks issues in support of the Continuing Airworthiness Process.
- Participate in aircraft / system functional hazard analysis, fault tree analysis, system safety assessment, failure mode and effect analysis and the final R,M&S certification reports.
- The duties will also require certification activities involving co-ordination of technical issues and resolutions across all SOGECLAIR, Partner/Supplier, Regulatory and Customer parties.
- Employ ethical practices and policies, drive positive change and promote a culture of integrity, respect and inclusivity.
Requirements
YOUR PROFILE IS ESSENTIAL TO OUR SUCCESS π
- You possess a Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical, Electrical or Mechanical engineering with at least seven (7) years relevant experience in the field of R,M&S.
- You have a strong aerospace background, and an excellent understanding of aircraft performance characteristics, aircraft systems definition, integration, interfaces, component qualification, reliability and safety requirements and certification process of aircraft systems.
- You preferably have been directly involved in the aircraft definition and certification.
- Knowledge of creating Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEAs), Fault Tree Analysis (FTAs) and Safety Analysis is required.
- You must be cognizant of the relevant Airworthiness Regulations such as ARP 4761, ARP 4754 and the certification process.
- You have the ability to communicate sound technical proposals and work status to management, be a team player, a self-motivated person and be able to work under pressure.
- You possess a strong sense of responsibility and integrity.
- You possess strong communication skills, verbal and written.
- You are familiar with a Microsoft 365 environment.
