As a project engineer, you will be responsible for the technical coordination and monitoring of engineering activities within startup units. You will act as the liaison between the project and technical teams while ensuring compliance with requirements, schedules, and deliverables. You will evolve in a multidisciplinary environment, collaborating with engineering, production, and support teams, under the supervision of the project manager.
THE QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD POSSESS
- University degree in engineering (electrical, mechanical, or equivalent).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical project coordination.
- Good understanding of complex systems development processes.
- Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, etc.).
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written.
- Availability for international travel and participation in field trials.
- Organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.
- Demonstrate proactivity and autonomy.
Assets
- Experience in the defense field or embedded systems.
- Knowledge of military standards (MIL-STD, STANAG, etc.).
- Experience in aeronautics and knowledge related to airport ground support equipment.
- Good knowledge of configuration management standards.
- Flexibility and versatility.
