New Graduate Rotational Program:
Through the New Graduate Rotational Program, you will acquire the practical skills and foundational experience that will allow you to become the professional you aspire to be. You will have the opportunity to be involved and contribute to meaningful projects, develop key skills, and learn from a group of leaders.
If you are just starting your career (with less than two years of professional experience) or expect to graduate in May 2027, this opportunity is for you!
As part of the program, successful candidates will occupy three different roles for a duration of 12 months each. The pathways are designed to accelerate your personal and professional development.
What does this program look like?
- Three focused roles over a 36-month program to accelerate your professional development
- A team that cares about your development and long-term career at P&WC, including the assignment of a mentor
- Once the program is completed, based on current organizational needs and your experience, you will be assigned full-time to a discipline.
Here are some of our career opportunities:
- Aerodynamics-Thermodynamics: Perform propulsion cycle analyses and develop engine performance models.
- Control: Design and integrate control systems hardware and software for bench testing and engine development programs.
- Design: Design and integrate complex engine components with the help of specialized organizations.
- Development: Lead testing and ensure the execution of development programs in support of engine certification.
- Electrical: Design and implement the latest electrical systems in sensing, control, and data acquisition.
- Structural and Rotor Dynamics / Fluid Systems: Create physics-based analytical models in these domains to simulate engine behavior, optimize design, and predict component life.
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a program ending in April 2027 or a recent graduate (2025-2026) with a degree in engineering: aerospace, mechanical, electrical, or mechatronics
- Enthusiastic and passionate about advanced aeronautical propulsion system technologies
- Desire to learn and develop within a team composed of talented individuals
- A spirit of creativity and an energetic drive to succeed
- Knowledge of CAD and FEA software such as CATIA and Ansys (an asset)
- For candidates interested in positions located in Quebec, please note that the following language requirements are part of the working conditions: This position is part of a French-speaking work environment, nevertheless it requires a very good knowledge of English to read and understand, on a daily basis, documentation and technical terms that may emanate from international organizations, as well as to write and communicate in English with international clients, suppliers, or colleagues.
