New Graduate Rotational Program

Through our New Graduate Rotational Program, you will acquire the valuable hands-on skills and foundational experience to become the professional you are meant to be. You will have the opportunity to be involved and contribute to meaningful projects, develop key skills and learn from a group of leaders.

If you are just starting out in your career (with less than two years' professional experience) or expecting to graduate in May 2027, then this opportunity is for you!

As part of the program, successful candidates will participate in 3 rotations of 12 months. Rotational plans are designed to accelerate your personal and professional development.

What to expect from this program?

• Three-targeted career development rotations over a 36-month program to accelerate your professional development
• A team that deeply cares about your development and long-term career at P&WC including an assigned mentor
• Upon completion of the rotational program, based on your experience and current business needs, you will be assigned to a full-time discipline

Here are some of our career opportunities:

• Aerodynamic-Thermodynamic: Performing propulsion cycle analyses and developing engine performance models.
• Control: Design and integrate control systems hardware and software for bench testing, and engine development programs.
• Design: Design and integrate complex engine components with input from specialist organizations.
• Development: Lead testing and build execution of development programs in support of engine certification.
• Electrical: Design and implement the latest electrical sensing, control and data acquisition systems.
• Structural/Rotor Dynamics and Fluid Systems: Create physics based analytical models in these domains to simulate engine behaviour, optimize designs, and predict component life.

Required qualifications:

• Be currently enrolled in a program that ends by April 2027 or be a recent graduate (2025-2026) with a degree in Engineering; Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics
• Enthusiasm and passionate about advanced aerospace propulsion system technologies
• Eagerness to learn and grow as part of a team made up of talented individuals
• A mindset of creativity and energetic drive to succeed
• Knowledge of CAD and Finite Element Analysis (FEA) software, such as CATIA and Ansys (an asset)
