Position

We are currently seeking ACA Dash 8 endorsed Aircraft Maintenance Engineers (M2 Licensed) to join our growing crew of dedicated aviation professionals supporting our maintenance operations in Kitchener, ON. Our Operations

Our Flight Line Maintenance involves all maintenance checks and repairs carried out on the flight line, i.e. between flights or overnights. The Flight Line team performs layover checks up to A-checks, troubleshooting, engine changes, and propeller replacements.

  • Our team currently maintains DHC-8-100 aircraft.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Required: Transport Canada approved Aircraft Maintenance Course completed or equivalent experience (e.g., ICS).
  • Preferred: M2 or equivalent rating.
  • Experience in flight line operations is an asset.
  • Required experience on aircraft: Dash 8-100/200/300.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, decision-making, organizational and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Transport Canada regulations.
  • Flexibility to work all shifts and adapt to operational or unforeseen schedule changes.
