What your day-to-day will look like

You will be responsible for inspecting, analyzing, verifying, and managing engine parts to create repair checklists following work directives and manuals.

More specifically, you will:

• Perform dimensional and visual inspections to validate part compliance

• Set up and use precision measuring instruments

• Manage parts and determine whether or not they are compliant

• Use computer tools like SAP, necessary to manage parts appropriately

You will be called upon to play a leading role when it comes to ensuring that quality standards are recognized and respected, and therefore:

• Verify that repair procedures have been followed in accordance with specifications

• Issue airworthiness certificates

• Take part in training

What you need to succeed

• College diploma in aeronautics or a related field

• College diploma in avionics technology with relevant experience in the field

• College diploma in mechanical engineering

• AEC in quality control from ENA

• Experience in the field of aeronautics

• Ability to express yourself in French both orally and in writing

• Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical mindset

• Mastery of SAP

• This position is part of a francophone work environment; nevertheless, it requires a functional knowledge of English to read and understand specialized instructions, blueprints, drawings, and technical terms that may emanate from international organizations, as well as to write and sometimes communicate in English with international clients, suppliers, or colleagues.
