What Your Day Will Look Like
You will be responsible for inspecting, analyzing, verifying and managing engine parts to create repair checklists in accordance with work instructions and manuals.
Specifically, you will:
Perform dimensional and visual inspections to validate part conformity
Set up and use precision measuring instruments
Manage parts and determine conformity status
Use computer tools such as SAP required to properly manage parts
You will play a key role in ensuring quality standards are recognized and met, and will therefore:
Verify that repair processes were followed according to specifications
Issue certificates of airworthiness
Participate in training
What You Need to Succeed
College diploma in aeronautics or a related field
College diploma in avionics technology with relevant experience
College diploma in mechanical engineering
AEC in quality control from ÉNA
Experience in the aerospace field
Ability to communicate in French, both spoken and written
Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical mindset
Proficiency in SAP
This position is within a French-speaking work environment; however, a functional knowledge of English is required to read and understand specialized instructions, plans, drawings and technical terms from international organizations, and to sometimes write or communicate in English with international customers, suppliers or colleagues.
