What will your daily routine look like?
You will have the responsibility to inspect, analyze, verify, and manage engine parts in order to create repair checklists following work directives and manuals.
More specifically, you will have to:
Perform dimensional and visual inspections to validate part compliance
Set up and use precision measuring instruments
Manage parts and determine whether they are compliant or not
Use computer tools like SAP, necessary to appropriately manage parts
You will be called upon to play a leading role when it comes to ensuring that quality standards are recognized and respected, and therefore:
Verify that repair processes have been followed in accordance with specifications
Issue airworthiness certificates
Take part in training
What you need to succeed
College diploma in aeronautics or a related field
College diploma in avionics technology with relevant experience in the field
College diploma in mechanical engineering
AEC in quality control from ENASA
Experience in the field of aeronautics
Ability to express yourself in French both orally and in writing
Excellent problem-solving capacity and analytical mind
Mastery of SAP
This position takes place in a French-speaking work environment; nevertheless, it requires a functional knowledge of English to read and understand specialized instructions, blueprints, drawings, and technical terms that may emanate from international organizations, as well as to write and sometimes communicate in English with international clients, suppliers, or colleagues.
