What will your daily life look like?
- Visually and dimensionally inspect engine parts.
- Ensure the configuration and quality of parts and engines.
- Use precision measuring instruments for dimensional checks.
- Certify through inspections and audits that sub-assemblies, main assemblies, and finalized engines comply with specifications. The employee must report non-conformities of parts in the system and recommend modifications.
- Process defective or damaged parts according to their history.
- Maintain appropriate records of various parameters to ensure operational efficiency and allow for statistical process monitoring.
- Ensure and certify that repairs or modifications have been carried out in accordance with procedures. Validate related documentation.
- Ensure quality and process monitoring on assembly lines and test benches, when necessary.
- Perform IT transactions (SAP) and complete necessary work documentation.
What you need to succeed
- Holder of a DEC in aeronautics or equivalent;
- Computer knowledge: Office Suite and SAP
- Relevant experience: 2 to 5 years in the aeronautics field;
- Very good mastery of plan reading
- Great autonomy and resourcefulness
- Interpersonal skills: teamwork and positive attitude
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical mind
- Experience in an industrial environment.
- This position is in a French-speaking work environment; however, it requires functional knowledge of English to read and understand specialized instructions, plans, drawings, and technical terms that may come from international organizations, as well as to write and sometimes communicate in English with international clients, suppliers, or colleagues.
