The pre-flight inspector is responsible for checking the condition and conformity of aircraft before they are put into service. Thanks to their attention to detail and technical expertise, they contribute to ensuring the safety of air operations by identifying any anomalies and ensuring compliance with current standards.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure product compliance with established procedures and quality standards;
  • Inspect various mechanical parts and components;
  • Develop inspection and non-conformity reports;
  • Process non-conformities;
  • Identify any problems likely to hinder the smooth running of production;
  • Carry out required audits in the quality system.

Skills and Qualifications

  • DEC or AEC in aircraft maintenance or M2 license;
  • 5 years of experience as a mechanical inspector in the aeronautical field;
  • Mastery of inspection techniques;
  • Very good knowledge of technical specifications in the aeronautical field;
  • Knowledge of aeronautical standards (BAPS, AIPI etc.);
  • Quick-wittedness and developed attention to detail;
  • Bilingual (French – English) both oral and written is an important asset.
