About the project

The structural quality inspector verifies the conformity of structural parts and assemblies to plans, standards and customer requirements. He/she detects non-conformities and ensures the quality, safety and reliability of aircraft.

Responsibilities

• Inspect assemblies and sub-assemblies;
• Write non-conformity reports;
• Measure process performance;
• Define and lead corrective and preventive actions for the detachment;
• Read plans to validate assemblies;
• Control bores and fastener installation;
• Monitor assemblers' skills;
• Ensure information traceability;
• Comply with procedures and the Quality process.

Skills and qualifications

• You have at least a professional aeronautical diploma specializing in engineering or equivalent;
• Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of experience in the quality field;
• Mastery of inspection techniques;
• Very good knowledge of technical specifications in the aeronautical field;
• Knowledge of aeronautical standards (BAPS, AIPI etc.);
• Quick-wittedness and a developed attention to detail;
• Bilingualism (French - English) oral and written is an important asset for communication in the multilingual environment of the client site and technical documentation.
