About the project

The structural quality inspector verifies the compliance of parts and structural assemblies with plans, standards, and customer requirements. They detect non-conformities and ensure the quality, safety, and reliability of aircraft.

Responsibilities

• Inspect assemblies and sub-assemblies;
• Draft non-conformity reports;
• Measure process performance;
• Define and implement corrective and preventive detachment actions;
• Read blueprints to validate assemblies;
• Control bores and fastener installation;
• Monitor assemblers' skills;
• Ensure information traceability;
• Comply with quality procedures and processes.

Requirements and qualifications

• You have at least a vocational diploma in aerospace with a specialization in engineering or equivalent;
• Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of experience in the quality field;
• Mastery of inspection techniques;
• Very good knowledge of aerospace technical specifications;
• Knowledge of aerospace standards (BAPS, AIPI, etc.);
• Quick wits and a developed attention to detail;
• Bilingualism (French - English) orally and in writing is an important asset for communication in the client site's multilingual environment and technical documentation.
