To support this growth and optimize our manufacturing operations, A.T.L.A.S. Aéronautik inc. is looking for an inspector for the evening shift.

We are looking for someone with experience in part inspection, ideally high-precision, who wants to perform a complete inspection task combining computer and manual aspects related to the task.

Tasks and responsibilities

  • Perform first-off approvals following setup;
  • Perform visual and dimensional checks;
  • Verify the traceability of the raw material used for manufacturing;
  • Verify the compliance of documentation before shipping to subcontractors;
  • Draft non-conformance reports;
  • Create certificates of compliance for production parts;
  • Validate treatment certification;
  • Complete certification documentation before putting products into inventory.

Personal qualities sought

  • Rigor and attention to detail;
  • Analytical mind and good communication skills;
  • High degree of autonomy and developed sense of responsibility;
  • Adaptability and technical curiosity.

Training and experience

  • Experience in manufacturing part inspection, ideally high-precision;
  • Ease with computers;
  • Training in metrology, experience in blueprint reading and client specifications are an asset.

Working conditions

• 4-day schedule per week. You have Fridays off
Monday to Thursday from 3:30 PM to 1:30 AM

• Hourly wage between $28.03 and $40.77 per hour
• Evening shift premium of $2.50/hour
• Group insurance 50% paid by the employer, including dental care

• 3 weeks of paid vacation upon hiring, in addition to 6 paid days during the holiday break
