Job Summary:

Under the supervision of the program manager, the Configuration Change Integrator orchestrates, integrates, and secures the technical and industrial evolution process of products. A true conductor of modification, their role is to pilot the impact of changes (costs, delays, risks) from the design phase to final implementation in the factory.

Depending on the origin of the Design, they act either as the global leader of the modification or as the industrial trajectory integrator.

Responsibilities:

Industrial Integration & Consolidation of Changes:

• Pilotage of the Industrial Timeline: Build, monitor, and adjust the deployment schedule of the modification in the factory (excluding purely Engineering milestones);
• Business Case & Cost Consolidation: Collect, analyze, and consolidate the industrial financial impacts (recurring and non-recurring costs / investments) generated by the configuration change;
• Control of Industrial Risks: Identify operational risks related to the introduction of the modification on production lines, evaluate their impacts, and pilot mitigation plans;
• Field Implementation Monitoring: Ensure rigorous tracking of the physical introduction of the change in production/integration until its closure.

Cross-Functional Piloting & Global Governance:

• Transverse Project Management (360° View): Pilot the global convergence of the change (costs, schedule, risks) by connecting all functions of the company (Engineering, Production, Purchasing, Customer Support);
• Defense in Arbitration Committee (CCB): Prepare configuration change files, defend arbitrations, and ensure official reporting for milestone passage in CCB (Configuration Control Board);
• Logical Configuration Interface: Ensure the connection and consistency of data with other change partners;
• Work in close partnership with the Design Change Leader to provide them with a robust and connected industrial building block.

Profile sought:

• Education: Bachelor degree in engineering, project management, or a related field;
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the manufacturing sector in a similar role;
• Special requirements: Configuration management, project management, and knowledge in aeronautics;
• Mastery of the MS Office suite;
• Good communicator, perseverance, and rigor;
• Written and oral communication in French and English: Interaction with clients in English, as well as for interaction with suppliers of both international programs.
