The A220 commercial aircraft Programme is looking for an Integrator to join our advanced cabin & seats integration team based in Mirabel (Québec, Canada), where you will work jointly with the rest of the interior cabin development community.
You will be part of the Product Development team responsible for developing all new Cabin Products. The team organization is established to promote cross-collaboration autonomously, supporting each other and learning collectively.
Your role as Cabin experimented Integrator of new development products will be of being responsible to control all critical elements of your project as scope management, critical paths awareness, risk management, budget manage and ensuring quality of the Engineering deliverables from the conception phase to the entry in service.

Your challenges:
- Participate in various initiatives that will make the A220 Cabin more competitive;
- Liaise with All Airbus Program Worldwide Entities;
- Establish Aircraft Cabin Customization and Specifications;
- Lead and Execute Development projects (Improvements projects, cost reduction, complex configuration, etc…);
- Lead Technical Meetings (Technical Reviews, Designs Reviews, Supplier IPDTs, Trade-Studies, etc…);
- Provide Guidance to enable technical roadblocks;
- Perform Product Design Trade Studies involving multi-functional considerations including Certification/Regulation Criteria;
- Establish and Develop Configuration Interface Requirements including GD&T;
- Report project progress, risks and opportunities thru various governance (Project/Management Forums);
- Define tracking systems and provide visibility on engineering activities including hours spent against the estimate;
- Manage and Execute applicable Changes thru Change Management Process/Gates when applicable to the development projects;
- Integrate Suppliers` Engineering activities;
- Support multiple engineering activities at different development stages of the project (Development test, Component installation, certification test, component and aircraft assemblies, etc …).
Your boarding pass:
- You hold a Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering;
- You have a minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience;
- You have experience as a lead or equivalent relevant experience;
- You should be familiar with the specification, design and integration in the Aerospace Industry;
- You should be familiar with the change management processes;
- Good oral and writing skills in French and English are required;
- You must also be a person with initiative and good planning skills, strong sense of responsibility, strong negotiation skills and good judgment;
- You should have a good knowledge of the aircraft interiors, completions industry and cabin operations;
- This position requires energetic people with good communication skills, who are willing to accept responsibilities in a team-working environment;
- You are proficient in MS Office and Google Suite.
- You are proficient in CATIA V5.
